About Evan Wolf

Evan Wolf was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and attended the University of Toledo, graduating with a double major in Professional Sales & Marketing. After surviving many brutal winters in Cleveland growing up, he set his sights on living and working in paradise, now residing in beautiful St. Petersburg, FL.

Evan has always had the desire to be his own boss and as a result of his background in sales, he saw an opportunity in real estate. He is now a multimillion producer, has facilitated hundreds of deals, and built a successful team here in Pinellas & Hillsborough counties.
Although still an avid Cleveland sports fun, Evan loves living in St Pete for all of the independently owned restaurants, being minutes from some of the world's best beaches, and the sense of community and belonging that the city offers to everyone!
